People hold dreaming about Nicolas Cage within the first Dream Scenario trailer,  from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli.

Have you ever had a dream about Nicolas Cage? I’m positive you’ve gotten, however did it ever happen to you that might be a reasonably good premise for a movie?

I’m sorry to let you know that A24, probably the most prolific American movie studios in the mean time, has beat you to it as they get able to distribute Dream Scenario, Kristoffer Borgli’s new movie starring Nic Cage himself.

Take a take a look at the Dream Scenario trailer beneath.

Cage is joined by a good-looking forged consisting of Julianne Nicholson, Michael Cera, Tim Meadows, Dylan Gelula, and Dylan Baker.

Here’s the official synopsis: “Hapless household man Paul Matthews (Nicolas Cage) finds his life turned the wrong way up when hundreds of thousands of strangers instantly begin seeing him of their desires.  But when his nighttime appearances take a nightmarish flip, Paul is compelled to navigate his newfound stardom, on this wickedly entertaining comedy from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself) and producer Ari Aster.”

Ari Aster’s involvement is especially attention-grabbing; there appears to be a slight flavour of Beau is Afraid current within the Dream Scenario trailer which closely depends on the absurd. While Cage’s Paul doesn’t appear to undergo fairly the identical wringer as Beau did, we will in all probability count on darkly hilarious incidents as Paul’s fame takes a flawed flip.

Dream Scenario simply had its world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival and judging from the glowing pull quotes on the trailer, it’s one to remember. We’ll wait to make up our personal minds, however we’d be mendacity if we mentioned we had little interest in this.

Dream Scenario is about to be launched within the US on November 10 with a wider launch following on November 17, however there’s no official phrase on a UK launch fairly simply but, however we’ll hold you up to date on that.
