Spain’s Aquí y Allí to Produce ‘La deuda,’ From Daniel Guzmán

Madrid-based Aquí y Allí Films, one in all Spain’s most profitable auteur film manufacturing homes, is becoming a member of forces with well-liked Spanish actor turned writer-director Daniel Guzmán (“Nothing in Return,” “Canallas”) to provide drama thriller “La deuda.”

Backed by Spain’s pay TV big Movistar+ and public broadcaster RTVE, “La deuda” shall be produced by Aquí y Allí’s Pedro Hernández and Guzmán at El Niño Producciones.

The movie is scheduled to roll in Madrid by the autumn.

Written by Guzmán, “La deuda” tells the story of Lucas, a 37-year-old man and the 86 year-old girl Antonia, who stay collectively in a metropolis too huge to be alone. Lucas is in search of a job however the job appears to not be in search of him.
