John Stamos is talking in regards to the second he discovered in regards to the notorious school admissions scandal.
In his memoir, If You Would Have Told Me, the actor speaks in regards to the second he heard of the scandal and the way Lori Loughlin, his Full House costar, was concerned.
“Lori Loughlin continues to be a cherished buddy to today,” John wrote, including:
“We’ve weathered storms collectively and stood by one another’s sides regardless of life’s hurdles. We’ve seen one another at our worst.”
Stamos recalled reaching out to Loughlin because the scandal broke, with the Aunt Becky star saying her cellphone could have been bugged.
“No matter how exhausting she was hit, how determined everybody was to cancel her and throw her in with the pile of brutal criminals,” John added.
“She stood quick, defending her daughters from the mud hurled at them day after day after day.”
Stamos added his thanks for having such a lifelong friendship.
“I’m grateful that she continues to be a big a part of my life (and my neighbor).”
John beforehand spoke out in protection of Lori, claiming she “did not know what was occurring” in a 2022 episode of the Armchair Expert podcast.
“She wasn’t actually the architect of any of it,” he mentioned, including that “she was in the best way background.”
“If you defend her then folks get mad,” the YOU alum shared.
“If you do not defend her, you then really feel dangerous as a result of she’s an awesome individual.”
Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli each pleaded responsible to conspiracy expenses for securing admission to the University of Southern California for his or her two daughters.
Loughlin served two months in jail and was ordered to pay a $150,000 high-quality and full 150 hours of neighborhood service.
