Filming on collection two of UK crime drama The Responder has begun in Liverpool.
Written by ex-police officer Tony Schumacher, the collection starring Martin Freeman held a mirror as much as the emotional extremes of life on the entrance line of British policing – typically darkly humorous, typically painfully tragic, all the time difficult.
Freeman returns together with Adelayo Adedayo, MyAnna Buring, Warren Brown, Josh Finan, Emily Fairn, Philip S McGuinness, Faye McKeever, Mark Womack, and Amaka Okafor

Series two joins Chris Carson six months later. Chris is trying to rebuild his life, and his relationships, determined to keep away from the corruption that just about sucked him below.
