The ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the FTC request to delay the acquisition of Activision-Blizzard by Microsoft.

The FTC filed an emergency movement final Friday asking that to be “enable the Court time to contemplate whether or not the FTC’s attraction is meritorious”. The courtroom has seemingly given their determination and upheld Judge Corley’s determination.

The ninth circuit courtroom of appeals provided a easy (at the least so simple as courtroom paperwork get) one web page response flatly denying the FTC movement.

As far as we are able to inform, the deal can go ahead pending negotiations with the UK’s Competition and Market Authority (CMA); and even then it might go forward with out them.
