The laws was handed in October within the southern metropolis of Porto Alegre and this week metropolis council member Ramiro Rosário revealed it was written utilizing the chatbot. According to AP, Rosário requested ChatGPT to write down a proposal to make sure taxpayers do not should pay to exchange water consumption meters.
