Bob Barker Remembered: Adam Sandler, Drew Carey and Extra Pay Tribute

Hollywood stars have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late Bob Barker, who just lately died on the age of 99. Barker is called the longtime host of the sport present “The Price Is Right.”

Adam Sandler posted a photograph of himself alongside Barker on Instagram, writing, “The man. The fantasy. The greatest. Such a candy humorous man to hang around with. Loved speaking to him. Loved laughing with him. Loved him kicking the crap out of me. He shall be missed by everybody I do know! Heartbreaking day. Love to Bob all the time and his household! Thanks for all you gave us!”

Barker was identified for a well-known cameo within the 1996 comedy “Happy Gilmore” starring Sandler, during which Barker performs himself. Sandler’s character Happy Gilmore performs golf alongside Barker and the scene ends with the 2 in an all-out brawl, with Barker popping out on high.

Actor and comic Rob Schneider additionally paid tribute to Barker and his beloved cameo.
