August 2021 Uproxx cowl star Beabadoobee is again: She teased a brand new music yesterday, and now “Take A Bite,” the lead single from the upcoming album This Is How Tomorrow Moves, has arrived alongside a video.
Speaking of the album, that’s set to return out on August 16.
Beabadoobee says of the brand new music, “It’s me feeling introspective about my ideas and unhealthy way of life. It’s discovering consolation in a well-recognized place — discovering consolation in chaos, as a result of that’s what I do know. So, I deliver it into each side of my life, particularly with relationships. And it’s simply tapping into this a part of my mind the place I simply soar straight to probably the most damaging, most chaotic thought ever recognized to man and make and make that into my actuality.”
She additionally says of the album as an entire:
“I like this album. I really feel prefer it’s helped me a lot greater than anything has in navigating this new period, this new understanding of the place I’m at. I assume it’s about turning into a lady.
